Over time, that engineering precision found a home in a different kind of work: helping people and organisations build capability, navigate transformation, and become genuinely better at what they do.

I've worked with more than 200 organisations — from lean manufacturing floors to tech multinationals to financial services firms. I've trained thousands of people in methodologies that actually get applied, not just celebrated in a slide deck and forgotten.
